Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags are intact
• Return request includes valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Worn or damaged shoes
• Customized or limited-edition products

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
